We contracted with Arbour hill Limited for the construction of fourteen number shell office units including two-storey car parking and a specific fir out for the Trinity Housing Association. It was the responsibility of this Company to carry out all geotechnical and topographical surveys and inspections, prepare the architectural design, prepare the structural design, prepare the services design, programme and prepare a fixed price tender submission. The site was difficult to develop due to its steep topography but having given sufficient time and consideration to the fundamental essentials of the brief, we were able to offer a design solution that was acceptable to our Client.
