Built in 2005. Value £12m. We Contracted with Prentice Estates Limited for the Construction of fourteen number shell office units including all associated access roads and car parking. It was the responsibility of this Company to carry out all geotechnical and topographical surveys and inspections, prepare the structural design, prepare the services design, programme and prepare a fixed price tender submission. The Architectural design was provided by Knox Clayton Architects of Lisburn who are Prentice Estates retained designers. The Site was difficult to develop due to its filled nature which required deep piled foundations and supporting measures for all external drainage and mains utility services.
