65 – 67 Dublin Road was a vacant development plot (0.103 acres). A planning application submitted by The Richland Group in December 2013 proposed a 10 storey building comprising ground floor cafe with mezzanine level, 58no. Apartments over 9 floors and ancillary space including basement, servicing and lobby areas and a ground floor resturant. This project will be completed in December 2016 with an estimated contract value of £5 million.
In February, this project was awarded with a RICS Project of the Year award in the Residential category, honouring The Gallery for being successful across a wide range of criteria.
